Putnam Creek and Pumphouse

Just north of Weedsport yard, the creek supplied water, via the pumphouse, to the water tower in the yard. Putnam Creek flowed into the canal where there was some warehousing of goods, as this was at a point where barges could be turned. A truss bridge crossed the creek and trackage continued over the NYC with interchange, and north to Cato.
